All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Ready-stock items are dispatched within 3–7 business days, while custom-made or personalized designs may take longer. We’ll inform you of the estimated dispatch time at the time of purchase.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes:
- 3–5 business days for metro cities
- 5–7 business days for smaller cities and towns
- 7–10 business days for remote areas
Delays due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen events may occur and are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges & Tracking
- Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above the value specified on our website.
- Standard shipping charges and COD fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

5. Issues with Delivery or Damages
