Exchanges are allowed only if:
- You receive a product with visible damage due to shipping or manufacturing defects.

- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor color or texture differences (due to screen resolution)
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized pieces
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
2. How to Request an Exchange

- A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is required—showing the package, shipping label, and product from all angles to confirm the damage.
3. Shipping for Exchanges
- If the request is approved, we will share shipping instructions.
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging with tags, invoice, and any included certificates.
- If the issue is on our end, we will cover the return shipping charges.
4. Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are processed only after damage verification.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, we’ll offer alternatives of equal value.
